You must have the ability to lead by example and desire to minister
to the needs of others

You must know God’s plan and purpose for your life, locally,
globally and be able to help other believers find God’s plan for their lives

You must understand the needs of the people or community you are
called to serve and be dedicated to helping those with needs in mind, body, soul and Spirit while communicating
those needs to the ecclesiastical body of the organization and other fellow members so that together we
can seek the will of God for them

You must possess the fruit of the Spirit

You must work to edify the body and bring the body together in love
and fellowship

You must be dedicated to a daily life of seeking God and prayer

You must demonstrate the heart of God and be focused and dedicated
to service more than teaching or preaching

You must always teach and preach Christ Crucified both Jesus the
head and the body

You must have a willingness to work as one body globally to pray
for others, work with others, exhort others, encourage others, empower and support each others ministry

You must be a tither

You must be willing to be in covenant with KGMA
and support the vision of the association on a spiritual and financial level.

You must accept the five fold gift ministry and be willing to
work in harmony within the ministries of the apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, which God has set
in order to provide balance in the body
